Where does the "body_html" Field Display in Clio Manage when Creating a Communication Log

Environment:

Additional Information:

- The file will be added to a folder attached to the contact/matter named "Original Emails"

- EML files can be created for both PhoneCommunicatiton and EmailCommunication type logs

Answer:

When the "body_html" is included in a post request to create a communication log the EML file will be created and stored at the contact/matter level in a folder named "Original Emails".

The EML file will contain the HTML that is provided through this parameter. This is a good way of providing the email in its original formatting, as communication logs can only be displayed as plain text in Clio Manage.
