How to I give EU Users access to my integration?

Objective:

  • Setting up an integration on Clio's EU instance

Environment:

  • Clio's API v4

Additional Information:

Clio has 3 separate instances that use different servers, domains and databases for each. There is currently a North American instance (NA), a Canadian instance (CA), and a European instance (EU) of Clio.

Procedure:

In order to make your integration accessible to Clio Users on Clio's EU instance, you'll need to open up a Developer Account on Clio's EU instance and navigate to the EU Developer Portal, where you'll create a Developer App for use on Clio's EU instance.

After you've created an EU Developer App, the app will need to make requests using the domain header https://eu.app.clio.com/
